Skateland West — a 40-year-old rink, rebuilt for the next forty.

A self-hosted Payload CMS, self-hosted Listmonk newsletter, and event schedule, co-designed with two generations of the family. Migrating off WordPress and a personal-Gmail newsletter workflow onto a self-hosted stack they own. Public launch at the 41st season; real numbers land here after 30 days of live traffic.
